We are looking for a Creative Head who will lead the creative vision of the company across
branding, marketing, and digital projects. This role requires a strong blend of creative
strategy, team leadership, and execution excellence.
Eligibility & Skills
- Proven experience in creative leadership roles within digital agencies or IT companies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and design excellence
- Expertise in visual design, storytelling, and creative strategy
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Good to Have
- Experience working with IT services, SaaS, or startup clients
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital product design
- Knowledge of video production, motion graphics, or performance creatives
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand identity of Synthweb and its
clients - Lead, mentor, and manage creative teams including designers, content writers, and
video editors - Oversee the creation of marketing creatives, brand assets, websites, campaigns, and
social media content - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to align creative output with
business goals - Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines across all platforms
- Manage creative timelines, workflows, and quality standards
- Present creative strategies and concepts to internal teams and clients
