Who this engagement is built for.

Ecommerce Sprint is for established Shopify and WooCommerce stores that have traffic but are not converting it at the rate they should be. Typically stores doing between $500,000 and $5 million in annual revenue — past the stage of figuring out product-market fit, but leaving money on the table because the buying experience has not kept pace with the business. The issues are usually known: a checkout that drops people on mobile, a page speed that tanks on 4G, a theme that was fine two years ago but is now a liability.
If there is traffic, there is revenue being lost in the funnel right now. This engagement is designed to recover it.

Where it is not the right fit.

Ecommerce Sprint is not the right engagement for stores that have not yet launched, for stores below $500,000 in annual revenue where the problem is more likely acquisition than conversion, or for platforms other than Shopify and WooCommerce. If the store is on a different platform,
we would need to have that conversation before scoping anything.

How It Works

The sprint runs over six weeks across three structured phases. The scope of work is agreed at the start and does not move.

Week 1-2.
Checkout + Mobile Audit

We audit your entire purchase journey to identify conversion bottlenecks, mobile usability issues, and performance gaps. The findings are prioritized into a clear action plan before implementation begins.

Week 3-5.
Rebuild & Speed Optimisation

High-impact fixes are implemented first, focusing on checkout flow, mobile experience, and site performance. Every improvement is guided by data and aimed at increasing conversions.

Weeks 6
Testing & Launch

All changes are thoroughly tested across devices and browsers before deployment. Once launched, performance is continuously monitored and a detailed summary of improvements, results, and key recommendations is provided.

Freight Alliances

A custom logistics platform that replaced spreadsheets and manual paperwork with a structured operational system, built to work even where vendors have no API integration.

faqEverything you need
to know about

Yes. The engagement works across both standard Shopify and Shopify Plus. For Plus accounts, we can also address checkout extensibility and checkout UI customisation that is not available on standard plans.

We do not quote a number before auditing the store, because it depends entirely on what is actually wrong. What we can say is that
the audit in Phase 1 will surface specific issues with measurable conversion impact, and the rebuild in Phase 2 addresses those issues in priority order. The client knows what is being fixed and why before any build begins.

Ecommerce Sprint is not a migration service. If the store is already on Shopify or WooCommerce, we work within that environment. If a migration is needed first, that is a separate conversation.

Changes are developed and tested in a staging environment before anything goes live. The store remains fully operational throughout the engagement. Go-live is scheduled and communicated in advance.

The sprint closes with a documented summary of all
changes and a monitoring baseline. If the store needs ongoing engineering support after that, we can discuss a retainer or a follow-up sprint based on what the data shows post-launch.

Yes, before any conversation where product or business details are shared.

Yes, whichever works best for the client’s setup.
