SynthWeb is looking for a Cybersecurity Data Scientist / Security Analytics Engineer who
can combine data analytics, data science, and AWS cloud expertise to strengthen our
cybersecurity intelligence, threat detection, and risk analytics capabilities.
This role focuses on analyzing large-scale security data, building scalable cloud-based
analytics solutions, and enabling data-driven security decision-making across SynthWeb’s
cybersecurity initiatives.

As a Business Development Intern (IT Services) at SynthWeb, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify potential clients, understand their digital needs, and support the process of presenting our IT services and solutions. This internship will help you understand how companies approach lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and relationship management in the IT industry.

You will gain exposure to the business side of technology, learning how services such as website development, software development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing are positioned and delivered to clients. The role will allow you to observe and participate in real business development activities, giving you a strong foundation for a career in sales, consulting, or technology business management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and digital
    platforms
  • Support client communication from initial contact to follow-ups
  • Learn and assist in pitching Synthweb’s IT services and digital solutions
  • Help schedule client meetings (online/offline) and prepare meeting notes
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and pricing documents
  • Support email marketing and digital outreach campaigns
  • Maintain basic CRM records, follow-ups, and lead trackers
  • Assist the sales team in deal coordination and closures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Interest in sales, business development, or IT services
  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing (preferred, not
    mandatory)
