Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns. Improve results through A/B testing, audience targeting, creative experimentation, and budget scaling while tracking KPIs like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and ROI. - Lead Generation & Demand Growth
● Drive high-quality leads via email marketing, outbound campaigns, ads, and landing pages. Build lead pipelines, nurture prospects, and improve lead-to-client conversion. - Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
●Manage cold outreach, newsletters, and automated workflows. Optimize deliverability, engagement, and conversions while maintaining best practices. - End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Plan and execute integrated growth campaigns across ads, email, social, landing
pages, CRM, and content
● Manage campaign timelines, experimentation, performance tracking, and reporting
● Scale high-performing campaigns and continuously refine underperforming ones - Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
● Support sales teams with remarketing funnels, outreach templates, and nurturing workflows to improve pipeline quality and closing rates. - Client Campaigns & Growth Support
● Participate in client discussions to support strategy, reporting, and optimization
● Deliver performance insights, growth recommendations, and upsell opportunities
● Support execution of client acquisition, retention, and growth campaigns - Analytics, Tracking & Performance Reporting
● Track campaign performance, generate insights, run growth experiments, and use data to guide optimization and scaling. - Growth Strategy & Experimentation
● Run structured growth experiments across acquisition and retention channels
● Test new creatives, audiences, funnels, partnerships, and positioning strategies
● Contribute to market expansion, competitive research, and product positioning - Mentorship, Training & Team Development
● Train and mentor junior marketers, interns, and new hires
● Create SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and documentation
● Review work, provide feedback, and maintain execution quality
● Help build a high-performance growth culture at SynthWeb - Cross-Functional Leadership & Ownership
● Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, design, tech, and content teams
● Take ownership of growth targets, campaign outcomes, and revenue impact
● Proactively identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and process improvements
