    Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
    Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
    Handle offer letters, onboarding, and documentation
  • HR Operations
    Maintain employee records and HR databases
    Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and HR policies
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Employee Engagement
    Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
    Handle employee queries and resolve workplace concerns
    Assist in performance reviews and feedback cycles
  • Process & Compliance
    Implement and improve HR processes and SOPs
    Support audits, documentation, and statutory compliance
    Ensure smooth offboarding and exit formalities

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
  • Good understanding of hiring processes and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance (basic to intermediate)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
