Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
● Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
● Handle offer letters, onboarding, and documentation - HR Operations
● Maintain employee records and HR databases
● Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and HR policies
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies - Employee Engagement
● Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
● Handle employee queries and resolve workplace concerns
● Assist in performance reviews and feedback cycles - Process & Compliance
● Implement and improve HR processes and SOPs
● Support audits, documentation, and statutory compliance
● Ensure smooth offboarding and exit formalities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Good understanding of hiring processes and HR best practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance (basic to intermediate)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
