• Proven experience in creative leadership roles within digital agencies or IT companies

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand identity of Synthweb and its
  clients
• Lead, mentor, and manage creative teams including designers, content writers, and
  video editors
• Oversee the creation of marketing creatives, brand assets, websites, campaigns, and
  social media content
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to align creative output with
  business goals
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines across all platforms
• Manage creative timelines, workflows, and quality standards
• Present creative strategies and concepts to internal teams and clients
