The Email Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that support lead generation, client engagement, and brand visibility. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Email Marketing Executive / Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help manage outreach campaigns, build segmented email lists, create compelling messaging, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results. • As SynthWeb works with international clients, the Email Marketing Executive may occasionally need to adapt to flexible working hours based on campaign schedules and client engagement requirements.

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and
  nurturing
• Write engaging email copies, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals
