Job Description:

Synthweb builds real-world technology solutions including websites, mobile applications,
SaaS platforms, cloud systems, and digital growth solutions. We work with clients across India
and globally to deliver scalable and impactful tech products.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Associate who can
generate, manage, and convert IT service leads into successful business opportunities.

Work Flexibility & Time Zone Availability

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required
  • Availability for client meetings across multiple time zones, including:
  • UK
    USA
    Canada
    Spain
    Italy
    Europe
    Australia

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Confidence in sales calls, presentations, and client handling
  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing services
  • Ability and willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in IT services, agency sales, or B2B sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
  • Experience with LinkedIn B2B lead generation and outreach

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital
    platforms
  • Handle client communication from initial contact through proposal and closure
  • Pitch Synthweb’s IT services, digital solutions, and project offerings effectively
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (online and offline)
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions
  • Support deal negotiations and closures
  • Execute email marketing and digital outreach campaigns
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, pipelines, and sales reports
