We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Associate who is passionate about building client relationships and helping businesses grow through technology solutions. As a Business Development Executive / Associate at SynthWeb, you will play an important role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting suitable digital solutions such as website development, software development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

In this role, you will gain exposure to the complete business development cycle, including market research, lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
