Job Description:
The Performance Growth Lead will be responsible for driving measurable business growth
at SynthWeb through performance marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, sales
enablement, client growth, and team mentorship.
This role owns growth initiatives end-to-end—optimizing acquisition funnels, supporting
revenue generation, scaling marketing operations, and mentoring junior team members to
elevate marketing and sales execution across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
● Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and other performance marketing
campaigns
● Improve campaign results through A/B testing, audience targeting, creative
experimentation, and budget scaling
● Track and optimize KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI
● Generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance - Lead Generation & Demand Growth
● Drive high-quality lead generation via email marketing, outbound campaigns, ads,
landing pages, and organic channels
● Build and manage lead pipelines, prospect lists, segmentation, and nurturing
funnels
● Optimize lead-to-meeting and lead-to-client conversion rates
● Align closely with sales teams to ensure pipeline quality and revenue impact - Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
● Own cold outreach, lead nurturing sequences, newsletters, and automation
workflows
● Optimize deliverability, open rates, reply rates, engagement, and conversions
● Implement structured automation for follow-ups, onboarding, retention, and
reactivation
● Maintain compliance, best practices, and high-quality messaging standards - End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Plan and execute integrated growth campaigns across ads, email, social, landing
pages, CRM, and content
● Manage campaign timelines, experimentation, performance tracking, and reporting
● Scale high-performing campaigns and continuously refine underperforming ones - Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
● Support sales teams with lead nurturing flows, remarketing funnels, email scripts,
and outreach templates
● Improve sales funnel efficiency, follow-up workflows, and closing rates
● Assist with deal acceleration, retargeting, and revenue-focused campaigns - Client Campaigns & Growth Support
● Participate in client discussions to support strategy, reporting, and optimization
● Deliver performance insights, growth recommendations, and upsell opportunities
● Support execution of client acquisition, retention, and growth campaigns - Analytics, Tracking & Performance Reporting
● Track and analyze performance using analytics tools, CRMs, ad platforms, and email
tools
● Build dashboards and reports covering leads, revenue contribution, ROI, and funnel
performance
● Use data-driven insights to guide optimization and scaling decisions - Growth Strategy & Experimentation
● Run structured growth experiments across acquisition and retention channels
● Test new creatives, audiences, funnels, partnerships, and positioning strategies
● Contribute to market expansion, competitive research, and product positioning - Mentorship, Training & Team Development
● Train and mentor junior marketers, interns, and new hires
● Create SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and documentation
● Review work, provide feedback, and maintain execution quality
● Help build a high-performance growth culture at SynthWeb - Cross-Functional Leadership & Ownership
● Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, design, tech, and content teams
