Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (SDE-III) to architect and build a scalable
SaaS platform with dynamic dashboards, role-based workflows, and enterprise-grade
backend systems.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key technical decisions, build mission-critical features,
and mentor developers—while ensuring performance, security, and scalability across the
stack.
Tech Stack You’ll Work On
Frontend
- React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand)
- TypeScript (preferred)
- Tailwind CSS / SCSS
- UI Libraries: MUI, Ant Design, ShadCN (bonus)
- REST API integrations
- JWT-based authentication
Backend
- Node.js & Express.js
- Databases: MongoDB (Mongoose) and/or PostgreSQL (Prisma / Sequelize)
- Authentication & Authorization: JWT, OAuth2, RBAC
- Pagination, filtering, file handling, custom controllers
DevOps & Tools
- Git (GitHub / GitLab)
- Postman, Swagger / OpenAPI
- Docker (working knowledge)
- CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
- Deployment: AWS, DigitalOcean, Render, Vercel
Bonus / Nice to Have
- Next.js / Nuxt.js
- Redis, WebSockets (real-time features)
- 3rd-party integrations (Stripe, SendGrid, etc.)
- Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)
- AI integrations (OpenAI API, LangChain, Pinecone)
Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable full-stack systems and define technical best practices
- Own end-to-end delivery—from Figma UI to production deployment
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Design modular backend architectures with caching and async processing
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with product & design teams on planning and sprint execution
- Lead modernization and refactoring of legacy components
